Claremont Care Center is a modern, state-of-the-art skilled nursing facility, located on the northern edge of the city of Pomona, California. We are on the north side of the historic Route 66 (East Foothill Blvd.) next to Newlife Community Church.
We feature 99 beds and beautiful spacious rooms in either private or semi-private settings. Guests will enjoy well-appointed accommodations, a diverse activities program, nutritious satisfying menus, housekeeping and laundry services, and beautifully landscaped grounds.
